The ideal place for those who love the fine cuisine of the Marche region, our restaurant was founded in 2003 by Francesca and Pietro, the two owners of the restaurant who met through their mutual love of horses.
Ristorante I Gelsi was created with the idea of opening a type of clubhouse for members of the equestrian centre. With the passage of time, the restaurant came to life with its specialities, including home-made bread and pasta and meat grilled and cooked in a wood-fired oven. Carefully selected and personally grilled by Pietro, the meat is cooked in the traditional way in order to give our customers a true experience of flavour.
From bread baked in an eighteenth-century wood-fired oven to artisanal pasta and homemade desserts, we are waiting for you in a skilfully renovated farmhouse to enjoy pleasant and welcoming moments with friends in our company.
